Material and heat treatment depend on what each instrument has to do; cutting jaws, scissor blades and clamping instruments should not share one blanket hardness claim. We supply stainless-steel instruments and component-specific materials across the range. The material and applicable grade are identified for the selected SKU; one steel grade does not apply to every instrument or kit component.
Inspection can include jaw or blade alignment, joint movement, cutting-edge assessment, working-end dimensions, finish and a match to the approved sample. Manufacturing runs under ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification.

A kit title, component count or general implant category does not establish that an interface matches. Identify which components must be accommodated and any applicable item instructions or limits.
