Send us a drawing, a sample or a written specification with measurements; we review what is feasible for that instrument, you approve a sample, and production runs from 50 pieces per pattern.
If the instrument is already in our range and you only want your brand on it, private labeling is the simpler route, from 25 pieces per pattern. Branded and custom lines can sit in the same quotation, each with its own minimum.
A drawing is helpful but not essential: a sample or a well-measured written specification is enough to start. A tolerance you list is a requirement we review for feasibility, so tell us which dimensions matter most. Please only ask us to reproduce designs you have the right to have made. Keep these together with the approved sample, and quote them on every repeat order. If anything changes, whether the material, the geometry, the artwork, the packaging or a component, send a revised specification so the change is reviewed and approved before it is made. We hold ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, and custom instruments carry a six-month warranty.

Yes, include a material or finish preference with the functional requirements for review. The material grade has to be identified for the actual instrument and its components, and solid material, a surface coating and color appearance are different specifications. The requested combination needs confirmation; a photograph or a grade name does not by itself establish coating durability or clinical suitability.
Submit only drawings or samples you are authorized to use. Clarify confidentiality requirements before you disclose sensitive details, and agree any drawing, design, tooling or exclusivity rights in writing with the relevant parties. Technical feasibility and permission to reproduce a reference are separate questions, and a manufacturing inquiry does not establish an NDA or an ownership arrangement.
No. Approving a sample records agreement on the specified reference; it does not by itself establish clinical suitability or authorization for a market. Identify the intended use, destination and product scope, then review the necessary evidence and responsibilities with the appropriate qualified team. Custom manufacture does not automatically create an exemption or a product approval.
Keep the approved drawing or sample revision, the model reference, the component materials, the finish and the relevant acceptance criteria together, and use those references in the repeat inquiry with every intended change listed. A changed geometry, material, artwork or pack should be reviewed against the new requirement. The new quotation confirms feasibility and commercial terms; it does not assume the old order stays unchanged.
