List each instrument reference or pattern on its own line, with the relevant size or option, the order unit and the quantity. For kits, state the contents per kit and the number of kits. Add your packaging preference, destination, required receipt date and any document needs. Enter the list in the quote form; we reply within 24 hours and follow with a complete quotation after reviewing it, and supporting spreadsheets or photos can be sent by email.

List each pattern, size, set and pack separately with its sell unit and quantity, and mark any line that needs branding or a nonstandard design so its terms can be reviewed separately from catalog items. Mixed catalog orders start at 25 instruments in total across patterns, with no per-pattern minimum, and standard catalog quantities are confirmed in the quotation. Branded lines start at 25 pieces per pattern and custom lines at 50 pieces per pattern, so a mixed total alone does not meet those minimums.

Yes. Individual pouches, sets or cassettes and protective bulk packing can be discussed and confirmed in the quotation. Specify each instrument and its quantity per kit, the total kit count, the container and any identification needs, and check the agreed contents and physical layout. A pouch or cassette does not by itself mean the instruments are supplied sterile or that every pictured accessory is included.

Identify the pattern, marking or pack features your reviewer needs to check. Evaluation samples are available at 1–3 pieces per pattern; if a sample or configuration reference is offered, record its identity and the agreed criteria, then document the accepted features and any changes. Confirm the quantity, charges and freight in the offer, and for a set keep the reviewed member schedule with the reference so an image of one item does not stand in for the whole configuration.

Identify which alternatives you are willing to consider and which dimensions, working ends, materials or components must stay the same. Compare any proposed alternative with the original reference before you agree the order, and keep a clear record of a changed configuration. Availability and the handling of an unavailable line are confirmed for your inquiry; there is no automatic substitution or split-shipment entitlement.

Approval identifies the agreed list or reference. Preparation or production takes 10–15 working days before dispatch for standard orders, and carrier transit follows dispatch: 7–12 business days by standard air freight or 4–6 business days by express to the USA, and 10–15 business days to other named export markets. Timing for branded and custom orders is set separately in the quotation. Ask the order confirmation to state the start conditions for each stage and give your required receipt date; the transit ranges are not delivery deadlines, and the arrival estimate stays separate from dispatch and tracking events.

Review the freight method, destination, included charges and who handles duties, taxes, clearance and brokerage. Standard shipping to the USA is free on retail orders above $300, and qualifying wholesale orders above $2,000 ship free by DHL Express; international and bulk shipping is quoted per order by destination and weight. Duties, import taxes and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and are billed separately. Every shipment includes a commercial invoice and the export documentation required for its route, so record the destination charges separately and do not treat a freight allowance as confirmation that every delivery cost is included.

Send the previous order or quotation reference and the approved instrument or kit list, then give the current quantities, destination and required date. Distinguish a changed kit component from a different number of identical kits, and identify any artwork or design revisions. Reconfirm the price, availability, packing and delivery for the new order; the earlier quote is a reference, not a permanent commitment.
