This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at qasim@dentalinstrumentssupplier.com.

Who Is Responsible for Your Data

Dental Instruments Supplier is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Our manufacturing and support operations are based in Sialkot, Pakistan. For any privacy request or question, email qasim@dentalinstrumentssupplier.com.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when submitting quote requests, contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, product reviews, or orders. This includes your name, email address, phone number, company or clinic name, shipping address, and the details of your enquiry. As with any website, our hosting also records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type in its server logs.

How We Use Your Information

  • Prepare quotes and process orders
  • Respond to customer enquiries and support requests
  • Send order confirmations and shipping updates
  • Send newsletters or offers where you have asked to receive them
  • Improve website functionality and understand how the site is used
  • Meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations

How Long We Keep It

We keep quote, enquiry, and order information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to remove your information sooner, we will do so where we are not required to keep it.

Service Providers We Share Data With

We use trusted third-party services to run this website and communicate with you — for example, website hosting and email delivery. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

International Data Transfers

Because our team operates from Pakistan and we work with international service providers, the information you submit may be processed outside your own country, including in Pakistan. We take reasonable steps to protect your information wherever it is handled.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain uses, or receive a copy of it. If you have signed up for our updates and no longer want to receive them, email us and we will remove you from the list.

How to Make a Privacy Request

To exercise any of these rights, email qasim@dentalinstrumentssupplier.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Data Protection

We use SSL encryption in transit, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal information.

Cookies & Your Choices

We use essential cookies for security and sign-in where needed. We remember your cookie choices in your browser's local storage for up to 180 days; this preference record contains your choices, their date and our consent settings version, not your contact or order details. If your browser blocks storage, we apply your choice for the current visit without saving it for later.

Analytics: with your permission, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure visits, page navigation, product interactions, clicks, scroll depth, sections viewed and successful enquiries. Google receives technical information such as browser and device details, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Our event measurements exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text and search terms. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Heatmaps and recordings: with your separate permission, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand clicks, scrolling and navigation through heatmaps and session recordings. Page text and form content are masked. Recordings can include page layouts, interaction timing, device details and cookie identifiers. We exclude administration and preview pages, and do not start recordings on URLs containing query strings or fragments. We use these insights to improve usability. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

External media: product videos, including YouTube and Vimeo embeds, and their externally hosted previews stay blocked until you allow external media. Loading them sends information such as your IP address and browser details to the video provider, which may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy.

These optional services may process information on servers outside your country. Google and Microsoft apply their respective retention policies and the settings available for our accounts. Cookie identifiers and recordings are separate from the enquiry information you send us to request a quote.

You can accept or reject each optional service without affecting product browsing or quote requests. Change or withdraw your choices at any time using the control below or Cookie settings in the footer. Turning off active tracking reloads the page and clears the analytics and recording cookies that our website can access. Finish any unsent form before doing this. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not automatically erase information already received by a provider. You can also remove stored cookies through your browser and contact us with a privacy request.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, all optional services stay off.

WhatsApp & External Links

Our WhatsApp buttons are links, not embedded tracking widgets. WhatsApp opens only when you select a link, and you choose whether to send a message. WhatsApp and other external websites handle information under their own privacy policies.

Frequently asked questions

What information do I provide when I contact you or request a quote?

The forms collect your contact details and inquiry requirements. The contact form requires your name, email and message; the quote form also needs your delivery country and instrument requirements. Phone and company details are optional where shown. The Privacy Policy also describes standard hosting logs, such as IP addresses and browser information.

Who may receive the information I send?

Our team uses it to respond to inquiries and process quotes or orders. Service providers, such as website hosting and email delivery, process information to provide those services. The policy says information may be handled outside your country, including Pakistan, and that we do not sell it or share it for another company's own marketing.

How long is my inquiry or order information kept?

The policy keeps quote, inquiry and order information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, then deletes or anonymizes it. It gives no fixed number of months or years. You can request earlier removal, subject to information that must still be retained.

How do I request access, a correction, deletion, or removal from updates?

Email qasim@dentalinstrumentssupplier.com and explain your request. The policy says the choices available depend on where you live and that your identity may need to be verified. If you signed up for updates, you can email to leave the list. Some information may need to be retained for the purposes the policy describes.

How can I choose whether external product videos load?

The live Privacy Policy offers a choice to accept or reject optional external media and says that rejecting it leaves product browsing and quote requests available. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw the choice. Turning media off does not remove information a video provider has already received.
