Manufacturing & Supply Services
We make and supply dental hand instruments from our workshop in Sialkot, and there are four ways to work with us. If you want instruments from our range under your own brand, choose private label. If the instrument you need is not in the range or needs a design change, choose custom manufacturing. If you have a mixed list of instruments to buy in one go, choose bulk orders. If instruments you bought from us start to work differently within six months of delivery, we sharpen, fix or replace them free. Every route starts from your own instrument list.

OEM / Private Labeling
Instruments from our existing range, marked and packed under your brand. You approve the marked sample and packaging before production. From 25 pieces per pattern.
Private labelCustom Instrument Manufacturing
A new pattern or a changed working end, angle, length or handle, made from your drawing, a sample or a measured written specification. We review feasibility and you approve a sample first. From 50 pieces per pattern.
Custom manufacturingBulk & Wholesale Orders
One quotation for a mixed list of catalog instruments, line by line, with packing list and commercial invoice on dispatch. Mixed-pattern orders start at 25 instruments.
Bulk ordersSharpening & Repair
Instruments bought from us gone dull, bent or loose? For six months from delivery we sharpen, fix or replace them free of charge, and pay the return shipping.
Instrument enquiries and replacementFrequently asked questions
Which service should I use for my dental instrument requirement?
Use private labeling to put your brand or packaging on an existing pattern, custom manufacturing for a new pattern or a design change, and bulk orders for an itemized mixed instrument list. If you are still choosing products, browse the catalog. For an instrument you bought from us that has started to work differently, see sharpening and repair: within six months of receiving your order it is covered by our guarantee. For anything else that is worn, send reference details and photographs for a new replacement quote.
Can one inquiry cover branding, a design change and a bulk order?
Yes. Separate the request into existing instrument references, proposed design changes, artwork, packaging and quantities for each line, because each route has its own minimum: private labeling starts at 25 pieces per pattern, custom manufacturing at 50 pieces per pattern, and mixed wholesale at 25 instruments across patterns. Sending everything together clarifies the request, and each branded, custom or catalog line is still reviewed before it goes into the quotation.
What should I prepare before contacting you about a service?
Prepare the instrument names or references, quantities, destination and the date you need them. Add your logo and packaging preferences for branding, or drawings and measured changes for custom work. For an existing instrument, send the model markings and clear photographs without patient details. Start with the text-based quote form; we reply within 24 hours, and supporting photos or spreadsheets can follow by email.
Can clinics, distributors or dental schools inquire about the same services?
Yes. Distributors, supply brands, clinic groups and dental teaching programs can all inquire. Describe the actual purchasing task: a branded range, replacement references or a cohort kit list, with quantities and your deadline. The instrument requirements and the order route determine the quotation; the buyer category alone does not establish a discount, credit account or special program.
Where should I start if an instrument is dull, damaged or needs replacing?
Start with the sharpening and repair page. Instruments you bought from us are covered for six months from the day your order arrives: we sharpen and repair them at no charge and replace any we cannot fix, with you paying shipping to us and us paying the return. Send your order or invoice number with photos first, and ship only after we confirm. For an instrument from another source, photographs of its markings and working ends are where a new-replacement quote starts. A photograph identifies an instrument; it cannot show that one is fit for clinical reuse.
How should a service quotation and schedule be checked?
Confirm the instrument references, quantities, packaging and destination in the completed quotation, and ask it to separate any sample review, production or preparation, dispatch and carrier transit, with the start conditions for each stage. We reply within 24 hours and follow with a complete quotation after reviewing your list; standard orders are prepared in 10–15 working days before dispatch, while branded and custom timing is set in the quotation. Give your required receipt date so the proposed schedule can be compared with it, because an initial reply is separate from a completed offer or a production commitment.
Send Us Your Instrument Requirements
Tell us the patterns, quantities and destination, and add your artwork or design details if the order is branded or custom. We reply within 24 hours, and send a complete quotation once we have reviewed your list. Photos and spreadsheets can be sent by email.
