Telling Us When the Instruments Must Arrive
The form has no separate date field, so add your timing to your instrument-requirements message. Include:
- the date the instruments must arrive, not the date you want them sent, together with the delivery city and country;
- your references, patterns and the quantity for each line;
- any approval still pending, such as sample review, a label or artwork proof, or school or clinical approval, and who gives that approval.
Preparation takes 10–15 working days before dispatch. Transit is separate: standard service to the USA takes 7–12 business days, express takes 4–6, and other named markets take 10–15 business days. If approvals are still pending or the arrival date matters, ask for the order and delivery timing to be confirmed in writing before you approve. Then rely on that written confirmation rather than an estimate given in conversation.
For a reorder, include the earlier order number. Availability and prices are checked again for each new quotation and may differ from your previous order.
Frequently asked questions
What should I include in a dental instrument quote request?
List each instrument with its quantity and, where available, its product link, reference or figure number, pattern, and size or option. Add your delivery country and any deadline or branding needs. For a mixed list, put each instrument and quantity on a separate line so the requested items are clear.
Can I request several instruments in one quotation?
Yes. Use the instrument-requirements field for the full list, with a quantity beside each item. If you opened the form from one product, include the additional instruments in the message. For a longer spreadsheet or supporting photos, email the list to qasim@dentalinstrumentssupplier.com.
What if my delivery country is not listed?
Choose "Other / ask us" and enter the country name. The destination is needed to review freight and documentation for the request. Use Markets We Serve to check the current listed destinations; an inquiry for another country still needs a route and order review before acceptance.
How do I request packaging, branding or documents with my quote?
Use the optional packaging, branding and evidence fields to describe what you need. The document choices include a material-grade statement for the quoted SKU, an ISO 9001:2015 certificate, sample-approval documentation, export or customs documents, and a packaging or label proof. Review the written quotation for the requirements agreed for your order.
Does sending a quote request place an order?
No. Sending the form starts a quotation inquiry. We reply within 24 hours and complete the quotation after reviewing your instrument list, although custom designs or destination-specific documentation may need extra clarification. All orders remain subject to acceptance and availability, and custom or OEM production requires written confirmation under the Terms & Conditions.
Can you confirm an arrival date before I approve the quotation?
Ask for it in your request. Give us the required arrival date and destination, and we review them against preparation time and the courier route for your order. Any delivery timing you depend on should appear in the written quotation or confirmation before you approve. Transit times are estimates and can vary by route.
What is the difference between price validity, preparation, dispatch and arrival?
They are separate stages, so check each one. Price validity is how long the quoted prices apply. We do not publish a fixed quotation expiry. Use the validity period stated on your quotation, or ask us to reconfirm the prices before you approve. Preparation is estimated at 10–15 working days before dispatch. Dispatch is when the order leaves us. Transit after dispatch is estimated at 7–12 business days for standard USA delivery, 4–6 for express and 10–15 for international delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If you need the order by a set date, ask us which date each estimate starts from and which days count as working or business days. Then convert the estimates to calendar days for your plan.
