Every dental school sets its own required instruments, so we do not sell a fixed student kit. Send your list with pattern names or figure numbers and we quote it as a custom student kit. Our student kit page explains the options in more detail.
Where a pattern on your list is not in our range, we tell you in the quotation rather than substituting a different instrument.
Tell us which applies, the number of students and whether each kit should be packed separately. Packaging is confirmed in your quotation.
Faculty can check evaluation samples of 1-3 pieces per pattern before the cohort order is placed, so the instruments students receive match what was approved.
If you want instruments marked with a student number, kit number or your school’s name, include this in your request and we will confirm what can be marked and where.
Before you approve a cohort quotation, map what each stage of the course actually needs. A batch order then contains only the instruments that are missing.

The institution decides, and explains to students, whether students own their kits, pay a fee, or use school-owned or leased instruments. A supplier quotation does not answer those questions. Our six-month guarantee from receipt applies to instruments bought from us and does not cover instruments sourced elsewhere.

Approve the bill of materials for one kit, including references, variants, quantities and any permitted alternatives. State the course or teaching stage and the total number of kits. If the program specifies a particular purchasing route, resolve that before approaching an outside supplier so a complete quotation is not mistaken for institutional acceptance of the kit.
List the contents of one student kit and the number of those kits required. Put instruments for a shared demonstration or teaching station on separate lines with their own quantities. This prevents a shared item from being multiplied by the class size and makes it clearer which components must appear in every packed kit.
Identify the offered reference and document the difference from the approved course list. Have the program's designated reviewer decide whether that difference is acceptable before the alternative becomes part of the quotation. Keep the decision with the revised bill of materials so the sample, priced offer and final purchasing list all refer to the same configuration.
Identify the missing or damaged component by its own reference, version and required quantity, rather than quoting only the kit title. Ask the offer to state the component and its buying unit. Whether it can be supplied individually depends on the actual item and pack arrangement, so a kit listing alone should not be treated as confirmation of single-piece availability.
State the proposed marking text or layout, which components or packs it applies to and how the contents should be identified for the cohort. Describe required cases, cassettes or packaging as explicit quotation lines. Confirm the approved layout, feasibility and inclusions before relying on them; a student-kit label does not mean that names, cases or a particular marking process are automatically included.
