Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Custom and OEM orders require written confirmation before production begins.
Payment Terms
Payment is required before shipment for new customers. Established accounts may qualify for Net 30 terms. Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
Warranty
Our six-month guarantee starts on the day you receive your order and covers instruments bought from us. Sharpening and repair are free; if an instrument cannot be fixed, we replace it free of charge. You pay the shipping to us, and we pay the return shipping. We accept instruments from clients in every country we supply. After six months, we no longer sharpen or repair those instruments. We can quote new instruments of the same pattern instead.
Send your order or invoice number, instrument details and photos first. Wait for our confirmation before sending instruments. Our commercial guarantee does not limit any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Dental Instruments Supplier's liability is limited to the purchase price of the instrument. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Governing Law

Reviewing a Written Quotation Before You Approve
These terms set the general framework, and your written quotation sets the details for your order. Before you approve, check the following:
- Price and currency: prices are quoted in USD and may change without notice. Rely on the prices in your current written quotation, not an earlier quote, listing or conversation.
- Validity: if the quotation states an expiry date or validity period, record it and approve within it. If it does not, ask whether the quoted prices still apply before you approve.
- Lines and quantities: every reference, variant and quantity matches what you requested.
- Payment: the method, amount and payment milestone for your order.
- Timing: preparation takes 10–15 working days before dispatch, with transit on top. Check the timing stated for your order.
- Guarantee and returns: the six-month guarantee from receipt covers instruments bought from us. Unused instruments in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-branded instruments are not returnable unless defective.
Keep the approved quotation with your order records. This checklist helps you read an offer and does not add to these terms.

The Terms & Conditions require written confirmation for custom and OEM orders before production begins. Use the quotation process to identify the requested instruments and modifications, then review the specification that is being confirmed, including the minimum for your route: 25 pieces per pattern for private label or 50 pieces per pattern for custom manufacturing.
Where can I find the governing law and dispute-resolution venue for my order?

How long is a quoted price valid?
