About Adjustable Dental Scalpel Handle
This is a round No. 3 scalpel handle whose blade mount rotates through 180°. Instead of changing your grip to reach a difficult incision line, you set the blade to the angle you need and keep a comfortable hold on the round handle.
When an adjustable handle helps
A fixed handle holds the blade in line with the handle. In the back of the mouth, around distal surfaces or along a curved incision, that can mean working at an awkward wrist angle. The rotating mount lets you angle the blade to the tissue instead. The round grip also lets you roll the handle between your fingers during the cut.
Blade fit
The mount is the No. 3 size. No. 3 handles are the standard fitting for the smaller surgical blades used in dentistry, such as No. 11, 12, 15 and 15C. Blades are not included. Check your chosen blade on a sample before ordering in quantity.

- Order by quantity; each unit is one handle with a single blade mount.

Cleaning and sterilization
Remove the blade before cleaning. Clean the pivot carefully, as debris can collect around moving parts, and follow the supplied processing instructions and your facility's validated protocol.
