About Dental PRF Instrument Kits and Boxes
PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) is prepared from the patient's own blood in a centrifuge. The resulting clots are placed in a PRF box, where a pressing plate squeezes out the fluid and flattens them into membranes of even thickness. The membranes, and graft material mixed with the fluid, are then used at the surgical site. The instruments in our kits are for handling the clots, cutting and placing the membranes, and packing graft material.
The PRF box
The box is stainless steel with a perforated insert that lets fluid drain while the clots are pressed. It is available on its own or as part of a kit.

- PRF process kit: 11 items: straight 125 mm Goldman-Fox scissors, straight 150 mm tissue plier, 160 mm giraffe tissue plier, two bone compactors, two bone-grafting applicators, a PRF box with lid plate, a 12-position tube stand, a 60 mm mixing bowl (25 cc) and a steel cassette.
- Gold-cassette kit: the same seven hand instruments as the process kit in a gold-finish cassette, without a PRF box.
- 24-piece PRF and microsurgery kit and large PRF surgery set: larger kits with additional surgical instruments.
We send an itemised list for the option you choose. Centrifuges and blood-collection tubes are not included.

Care
Clean the box, insert and instruments straight after use, before blood products dry. Follow the supplied processing instructions and your facility's validated protocol.
